A quiet outcast of a child, Neil cares deeply for his mother who tries to work off the debt left by his father. He's also shown to be diligent and earnest in helping his mother with her shop.
Biography[]
Neil's father left his mother Clair and him with a large debt when he disappeared. So Vash and Wolfwood both opted to help them by entering a shooting competition for the prize money.
