Chinpei Nebraska is one of the four Nebraska boys of the Nebraska Family.

For a Nebraska kid, Chinpei looks pretty normal. He looks almost identical to his brothers Tonkichi and Kanta and wears the same armored suit allowing him to curl up into a relatively durable shot putt for his mother, Patricia to throw.
Personality[]
Not much is known about Chinpei's personality, however, he was confident in his strength. That is until Meryl disproved it by shooting him out of the air.
Biography[]
He and his family were hired by Morgan to dispatch of an old couple in possession of a rather valuable patch of land. The money would've gone to bail out his brother Gofsef and his father from jail. He's the unlucky Nebraska boy to be shot out of the air, which effectively ends their offensive.
